At Flowers & Blooms we strive to make you the loveliest flower designs made with the freshest, florist grade stems. 

 

Sometimes, it may be necessary to replace certain flowers due to seasonality and/or availability. At which point Flowers & Blooms will replace them with flowers of an equal quality and ensure the alternative flowers are in keeping with your chosen design.

 

Flowers & Blooms will issue you with a Customer Care Card so that the life of your beautiful flowers may be prolonged. Please follow the instructions to enjoy your beautiful blooms for as long as possible. 

 Flowers & Blooms promote eco-friendly practices; we use

biodegradable products, where available:

                     Oasis brand biodegradable Cello wrapping

                          Oasis brand 91% Biodegradable Foam 

             Customer plant food comes in biodegradable packaging

                                     Dispose of in general waste

Flowers & Blooms deliver in an electric vehicle 95% of the time​

Collection and/or local delivery can be arranged at the time of ordering your flowers. Free Parking is available on Kingsbridge Road.

 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know asap.  Preferably during collection or delivery, so that

Flowers & Blooms can rectify the situation asap.

Privacy & Safety

 

The Flowers & Blooms privacy policy explains the type of personal data we may collect about you when you interact with us. Also how we will store and handle that data and keep it safe. We will collect your data when you place an order with Flowers & Blooms. We will make it clear to you which data is necessary in connection with the service we provide eg to place an order we require details such as your name, address, contact number, delivery address, online payment details so you can make payment.

 

When do we collect your data?

When you visit our website www.flowers-and-blooms.com and use it to buy products and services. On the phone or online.

When you make an online purchase. (Not currently available.)

When you purchase a product or service by phone.

When you engage with us on social media. 

When you contact us by any means with queries, complaints etc.

When you book any kind of appointment with us or book to attend an event, for example a florist class at Flowers & Blooms.

When you choose to complete any surveys, we may send you.

When you comment on or review our products and services. Eg Flowers & Blooms may ask you to review us on Google. Any individual may access personal data related to them, including opinions.

How do we protect your personal data?

Data security is important to all customers therefore we at Flowers & Blooms will treat your data with the utmost care and take all appropriate steps to protect it.

Your data that you have supplied us with will be seen by Flowers & Blooms, Wix.com our IT service provider and Square who we use to take over the phone payments from our customers.

They will see only the information they need to perform their specific services.

Flowers & Blooms will not pass your details on to any other affiliated third party without your permission. Eg to a wedding or party planner.

Flowers & Blooms will not disclose your identity to a recipient of your order. Eg where you have ordered and sent flowers to a third party, we will not disclose your name and address to the recipient. (You can provide this yourself on a message card-Flowers & Blooms will fill in the card with details as per your request at the time of ordering).

When Flowers & Blooms collect your data at the time of ordering or booking, we will keep it for 1 year. After which we will either delete your data or anonymise it.

Notable third parties we work with are Google/Instagram to show you (customers) products that might interest you while you’re browsing the internet. However, we will not give such third parties your personal data.

Flowers & Blooms will not pass on your data to any third party for their direct marketing purposes.

For fraud management, we may share information about fraudulent or potentially fraudulent activity in our premises or systems. This may include sharing data about individuals with law enforcement bodies.

We may also be required to disclose your personal data to the police or other enforcement, regulatory or Government body, in your country of origin or elsewhere, upon a valid request to do so. These requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and take the privacy of our customers into consideration.

Flowers & Blooms offer a local delivery service to the following areas: 

Banstead, Belmont, Cheam, Coombe, Epsom, Kingston, Lower Morden, Morden, Motspur Park, New Malden, North Cheam, Purley, Putney, Raynes Park, Richmond, Stoneleigh, Sutton, Wallington, Wimbledon,

Wimbledon Park, Worcester Park.

We charge a £4 fee to deliver locally which will be added to your order.
Or you can arrange to collect.

Flowers & Blooms use eco friendly products whenever possible.

 

Most orders are delivered in an electric vehicle; see our Shop Policy section.

 

Please ask if you require delivery outside of these local areas.
